hubs face and  back made from steel, mild, welding and then recalibrated the flanges disc brake and disc spokes.we use  MIG welded.
appear to be heavy, are heavy, yeah! not so heavy as I expected. 
next ! handmade spokes.

par a fi  grei, sunt grei ,da nu asa de grei precum ma asteptam.
va urma confectonarea  spitelor care vor fi confectionate manual.

 How wheels are the element that defines the line of motorcycles, the beginning of which gives continuity, connect everything to have for a good Visual at the end , will be costumize from scratch, the  design, execution  hubs,  handmade spokes, 18”rims  ... built, centred will be a real  challenge, but worth ...!
The project is a partnership, my partner who after a week of searching , phones, trips, ours of staring  to the  monitors, he managed, to find themm the ”rubbers”! old style,good looking one.

cum rotile sun elementul care defineste linia unei motociclete, inceputul care da continuitate, lega totul  pentru  a avea un final vizual fericit, vor fi costumizate de la 0.... as zice,adica butuci proiectati, executati, spite facute manual, inele de 18”...construit ,centrat va fi o adevarata pacoste, provocare, dar merita...intr-un final!.
proiectul este un soi de parteneriat,  partener care dupa o saptamana de cautari  telefoane,deplasari, chiorat ochii pe monitoare ore intregi, a reusit, cu chiu cu vai sa gaseasca gumele dorite, totusi,ele vor ajunge acasa abeea peste doua saptamani din praznica  Germanie(suna a ciumeg, pai suna! pina sI cEI DE LA Buc. au dat comanda dupa ele acolo).

 The FIRST STEP, remove all plastic,signals, mirrors, headlight, taillight, aboard back .... stop! cutting of all useless supports......
for the next stage,  decide the shape to the rear frame, seat, fuel tank,fenders...
When the final image is printed  in our  heads, we start  to remove  the engine into he frame, powder painting the frame ....

oioioiii! is a long way to the final , but it will be worth it in the end ... I hope!
