custom leather Saddlebags hand made 100%- Kawasaki Vulcan -brawn leather.
Natural LEATHER 5,5 mm thick (no kidding), painted by hand in order to obtain the desired tone(original color was dark and washed) hand sewn with thread wax 1,5mm,laser engraving on the lid is made from http://www.facebook.com/gravurapeorice, thanks guy's this way!, and I recommend with warmth at the same time. Those eyelets placed in front of and behind the bags are for anchoring the sleeping bag, tent, blanket .....above the bags with a cord passing through those eylets, very practical and sl do not affect the design of bags.

springer front end- welding points, alignments, functionality.
welding points, alignments, functionality ... unless you have a jig, I honestly dont felt the need to build one, it's just time spent, I know time is money!
however if you put your head to the contribution, you use what you have in your garage, workshop, the idea is to be everywhere lined up, perpendicularity, parallelism,
carefully you can get it all and you will have a fully functional front end fork.... see the clip. under the action of Springs will work even more beautiful.

Springer Front End fork

This way I want to thank the one who appealed to my services and I am grateful for the chance, for trusting , and given me this opportunity.
I'm also grateful to all those who have called to my services, those whom I have served, you need to know that it's a unique pleasurable sensation, emotional, accomplishment ,when I know that you are more than just satisfied.
I am aware that the work takes longer than expected, but that's it! a well done job only so it can get,can be done.

springer fork front end, only steel was used, cold rolled pipe 5mm and 4mm wall ,15mm steel sheet, bronze bushings, hardened steel pivot axle, front wheel axle from a planetary shaft.bolts with high quenching. unfinished!
